50m2 Mas Provencal cottage with private garden, located in the hills above Les Issambres. From the living room and the two terraces, you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view over the entire Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The house retains the typical charm of Mas Provencal, with comfortable interior features: double-glazed windows, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), shower room. There are two bedrooms, one on the first floor with a double bed and fitted closets, and a mezzanine off the living room with a double bed + single bed + mattress for extra sleeping space. The house benefits from cross-facing exposure, with a splendid view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from the living room and north-facing terrace. While keeping the house cool in typical construction, fans are also available if required.
The south-facing garden features a shaded terrace and a landscaped garden planted with trees. As you climb the stairs, you'll find a breathtaking view over Les Issambres.

The house is located in a quiet, gated residential area. A private parking is also available.
A swimming pool, tennis courts and a pétanque court are available free of charge in the residence.

The residence is just 5 minutes from the sea, beaches and amenities (supermarket and shops in Les Issambres or Roquebrune-sur-Argens).
