The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this magnificent air-conditioned villa with swimming pool for rent in Roquebrune-sur-Argens. With a surface area of 295 m², it can accommodate up to 14 guests. With its view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and located near the beach, it consists of a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The villa is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- An 81 m² living room with tasteful décor, a cosy TV lounge and a dining table
- A fully equipped modern kitchen (2 dishwashers, oven, microwave, 2 fridges with freezer, juicer, toaster, Smeg kettle and Nespresso coffee machine)
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200) and large en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room
- Two separate toilets, one at the entrance and the other in the sleeping area

Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room and access to the terrace with sea view
- Bedroom 4: one king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room and access to the terrace with sea view
- Bedroom 5: one king-size bed (180x200) and four single beds, which can be used as a dormitory for children. The bedroom has two skylights

Outdoors

In front of the house, you can enjoy the umbrella pines and fragrant plants such as bougainvillea, pine trees, lemon trees and mandarin trees. The house has several shaded areas depending on the time of day. All outdoor furniture is available (deckchairs, sun loungers, armchairs) and you can enjoy a ping-pong table and a pétanque court.

The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant environment. In a residential area, the villa is located at the highest point of the hill. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Mini-market, restaurants and beach bar within 2 km.
