The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Roquebrune-sur-Argens offers you this charming 150 m² air-conditioned house with sea view and private swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 150 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped outdoor kitchen (barbecue, plancha, pizza oven)
- Games room with pool table and double sofa bed
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- A 70 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- A first-floor terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob...

- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower)
