Small apartment block. In a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 17.Jun. - 17.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 47 km, sandy beach "Romanilla" 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
