Roofed, parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 47 km, sandy beach "Romanilla" 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
