Our rental property, classified as a 3-star furnished holiday home, is a 79 m² fully renovated old house, bright and functional, opening onto a sunny courtyard terrace, with garden furniture, barbecue and multi-positional armchairs, 200m from the beach and thalasso, 500m from the port and shops, ideally situated in a quiet area very close to the town center "Petite cité de caractère" with its iodized air, gardens and port.



Comfortable house with :

- first floor: 1 large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with TV and radio

- cupboard in entrance hall, 1 shower room with shower, plus seat, washbasin and WC, 1 storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, and 2 bicycles at disposal

- upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds, plus 1 shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, towel radiator



If required, baby equipment (stroller, cot, etc.)



Long-term rental possible



You'll be able to make the most of your stay, with no need for a car, thanks to our ideal location close to everything, including hiking trails, numerous seaside walks and the boat to Batz Island.
