I was forced to stay in a terrible room that I did not book. I wasn’t compensated for that night. It was a mistake on the property staff that was working on 8th of September late at night before midnight. I booked my stay months ago and prepaid it. It was over 300$ a night. The woman that was working said we overbooked the hotel this weekend so I have to move you to a different room. It was a handicapped room that a dog stayed in the previous night. I wasn’t told this info prior to sleeping there. I’m allergic! The bed was a box spring! Why did I get moved? That’s ridiculous! I’ve stayed in this location several times and never had a bad room or bed. I won’t ever stay there again!

This was an excellent place to stay during another I-5 slog. I have stayed in two other facilities in Roseburg and this was the best yet. Clean, bright and new. Right on I-5 but very quiet. Easy parking and fast check in and check out. Wonderful.

My wife got sick or last night and the staff quickly extended our stay a day longer to allow the recover. they were very helpful to me in providing her comfort.. and repeatedly asked about her. on check out the desk staff was very concerned how my wife was feeling and spoke very caringly. we'll be back if this house passes inspection
