Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© deux semaines dans ce logement Ă  Roses. L’expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© globalement mitigĂ©e. L’annonce mentionne une plage Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied, mais il faut compter plutĂŽt 20 minutes, et les places de parking Ă  proximitĂ© sont quasi inexistantes. L’appartement, situĂ© au troisiĂšme Ă©tage, est Ă©quipĂ© du strict minimum : literie correcte, mais chambre enfants avec simple hublot donnant sur le couloir. En pĂ©riode de canicule, l’absence de climatisation est trĂšs difficile Ă  supporter : la tempĂ©rature est montĂ©e Ă  36, sans possibilitĂ© de crĂ©er de courants d’air. Les ventilateurs fournis Ă©taient vĂ©tustes et peu efficaces, nous avons dĂ» en acheter un nous-mĂȘmes. La salle de bain nĂ©cessiterait une rĂ©novation et les placards manquent d’amĂ©nagements pratiques.CĂŽtĂ© positif, la piscine est agrĂ©able et pratique pour les familles, mais sans aucun transat ni pelouse le confort est moyen. l’accĂšs au bĂątiment est sĂ©curisĂ©, l’ensemble de la rĂ©sidence est bien entretenu et les Ă©quipes de nettoyage sont aimables.En conclusion, ce logement peut convenir pour un sĂ©jour hors fortes chaleurs si l’on privilĂ©gie la piscine et la propretĂ© de la rĂ©sidence. En revanche, le manque de confort liĂ© Ă  la chaleur, les nuisances sonores liĂ©es Ă  l’obligation de dormir fenĂȘtres ouvertes et les Ă©quipements limitĂ©s nous amĂšnent Ă  estimer que le rapport qualitĂ©-prix n’est pas satisfaisant.
