Vista Roses Mar - Luxury apartment in Roses, on the first line of Canyelles beach.The apartment has good quality wifi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, wachine machine-dryer, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, hair dryer and kitchenware.There is a communal pool open ti 4th November and an internal parking for free.Bed linen and shower towels are included.It is located on the ground floor with a private terrace of 44m2 which has direct access to the pool. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two individual beds. There is a bathroom with shower.The area is very nice, it has a special charm. It is not located in the center of Roses but during the season it has all the necessary services next to the apartment without the need to take the car.The sea view is wonderful.There is a walking path that takes you to the next beach or the port of Roses.* Bed linen and shower towels are included but but we don't do changes during the stay.** Check-in after 21h has an additional cost of 25€.* There is a tourist tax supplement (1€ per person per night) that is charged upon arrival.* The swimming pool will be closed from 01/11/2020 to 25/03/2021.
