Old hotel right off highway. If you do not mind walking, there are plenty of restaurants within a mile. Not a bad walk to the monuments, Lincoln is about 2 miles away. Half mile or so to the Metro which takes you everywhere. No coffee maker in room, available in the lobby at 7am. That should be reconsidered, I like my 5am cup

Pro's: 10 min walk from metro station, target, mcdonalds, cvs. Washer and dryer available at hotel site. Accessible parking. Con's: Customer service was not the best, stayed 5 days and was helped by 3 different people all who were not pleasant. The guy who checked me in at 1am was super friendly though. The washer and dryers are 10 quarters and front desk do not have change. So i was unable to use the washer or dryer. They only have soap for $2, no softener or dryer sheets. My bed comforter had a giant stain. No housekeeping. Tv would not work. They fixed it once but then the next day it would not work again. Fridge would not keep cold and the microwave would not heat up. Took 14 minutes for a cup of noodles to warm up.

The rooms were clean and it was a quiet environment. The front desk personnel were helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very fast. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay and will be spending majority of your time out and about.
