The holiday home is located in the Alexandrinenstraße, the back of the Old Stream. Church square, lighthouse and tea pot are just a few steps away. The very central location is ideal for short breaks and longer stays in the seaside resort of Warnemünde. The house has no parking space, this you can request separately with us. A garage space in the Weidenweg can be rented for € 9.00 / night. The possibility of unloading and loading is restricted in front of the house.

Fewo Alltied:
Nice apartment on two levels. On the lower level is the living area with corner sofa, TV, radio and CD player, as well as the dining area and the well equipped kitchen. Here you will find dishes and cooking utensils, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A beautiful bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine complete this level. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom and another shower room with natural light. At this level you also have access to the balcony.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Sehr gute Unterkunft!
Wir waren zu dritt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber und ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Die zentrale Lage, nahe dem Strand, war überragend! Gerne wieder! Achtung: Die Stadt Rostock hat sich ein 'tolles' Pollerwerk für die Strandzone einfallen lassen. Es ist nicht ganztägig möglich, mit dem Auto durchzufahren. Unbedingt zuvor informieren!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und in einer prima Lage. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist super, auch für die Kleinen ist alles da. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sicher !
