Great location, public transportation is close by, basic shopping facilities are nearby, modern facilities and properly maintained rooms. No fridge in the room, but I think that’s usual in Germany now 😮

Pro: - extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - super gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV & in 15-20 min in Warnemünde - gegenüber ist EDEKA, ADLI, Rossmann - Moderne Einrichtung Con: - kein Mini Kühlschrank im Zimmer, wenn man mal etwas Gekühltes aufbewahren möchte - größtes Problem war Zimmerreinigung: zwar konnte man auf Anfrage wie auch gewöhnlich die tägliche Reinigung haben, aber diese ist nicht standardmäßig vorgesehen. Uns wurde gesagt man kann auf Bedarf einfach Bescheid geben, was für uns okay war. Jedoch wurde nach der Anfrage auf Säuberung nach ein paar Tagen ausschließlich das Badezimmer aufgeräumt & Handtücher gewechselt. Nicht einmal neues Toilettenpapier wurde nachgefüllt. Der Rest des Zimmers wurde nicht gestaubsaugt, Müll wurde nicht abgeholt (was eigentlich alle 2 Tage geschehen sollte) und das Bett würde auch nicht neu bezogen. Sehr Schade sonst hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben.

Sehr gute Lage, ÖPNV, sowie Einkaufen direkt nebenan. Kaffee und Tee für alle Gäste kostenfrei, solange die Rezeption geöffnet ist . Bequeme Betten , Dusche zu ebener Erde .Fahrstuhl für alle Etagen, Stellplätze für Fahrräder im Erdgeschoß.

We stayed for a night at ANA Hotel Rostock and it was very nice. The double room was modern and comfortable. The lobby was nice and offered a bunch of cozy seats as well as games like shuffle board. The staff was extraordinarily nice and welcoming.
