Baltic Suite I - hidden on the old river - family-friendly / modern / special The Baltic Suite is lovingly furnished and completely new, completely and comfortably equipped: flat / cable TV in all rooms, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and Complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). This suite is located on the 2nd floor and offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy seating area (sofa bed 120 x 200 bed), two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a beautiful shower room. You can also enjoy the sun here on your own balcony and look over the gardens of Warnemünde to the terminals of the cruise ships.

The suite is ideal for an occupancy of 4 people and is popular with families with children.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.
