The Space:
The “Kleine Krabbe” vacation apartment offers a lot for a completely wonderful vacation experience and at the same time makes you feel at home with its comfortable furnishings. The rooms are bright and tastefully furnished. The Baltic Sea beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away.
Your arrival is made easier by your own parking space and an elevator. A second parking space can be booked on request. A spacious bicycle cellar ensures the safe storage of bicycles and e-bikes.
The large living area is very harmonious thanks to the warm and friendly color tones and provides a large, comfortable couch as well as a TV and a dining table for nice hours together with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is also located here.
From the large living area, you have direct access to the sunny balcony, which has a wicker beach chair for relaxing and garden furniture for enjoying meals together.
You will find restful sleep in the two bedrooms of the apartment. They each have a high double bed, a closet and a writing/dressing table. In one of the bedrooms, the double bed can easily be converted into two single beds.
The bathroom has plenty of space and a walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine for your use.
There is not only a bakery and a shop within walking distance, but also a hairdresser, numerous restaurants, cafés and a beach bar to round off your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The vacation apartment is located in the center of Markgrafenheide, a recognized Baltic seaside resort. The village is surrounded by both the beach and the Rostock Heath forest. It is approx. 350 m from the vacation apartment to the Baltic Sea. In the neighboring district of Hohe Düne to the west, a (car) ferry crosses the Warnow to Warnemünde at short intervals. Markgrafenheide is about 20 minutes by car from Rostock city center. However, the nearby bus stop also makes exploring the area by public transport attractive.
Markgrafenheide is easy to reach via the highway (15 km). The convenient connection is ideal for day trips to explore Karls Erlebnis-Dorf, Ostseebad Ahrenshoop, Fischland Darß, Stralsund and the island of Rügen or the state capital Schwerin.

If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
