Very beautiful apartment unit, very clean, very quiet and safe. The manager/ owner is very helpful and accommodating . I like the fact that this unit is very walkable to the church, to Castillo de Luna , to the beach and to eating places. I highly recommend this place.

Schwierige Kommunikation. Die Page 'Webconcierge' bot zwar viele Infos, aber Rückfragen im Chat wurden nicht beantwortet. Auch die Fragen über Expedia wurden nicht beantwortet. Die Checkin-Infos in den FAQ stimmten nicht. Als wir dann jemanden per WhatsApp erreichten, hieß es, dass wir die Check-in-Infos am Anreistag morgens bekommen. Bis nachmittags hatte sich keiner gemeldet. Auf erneute Nachfrage hieß es, dass jemand vor Ort sei, wenn wir ankämen. War aber keiner da. Nach einem Anruf durch uns, wurde dann die Nachbarin angerufen, die uns den Schlüssel gab. Dasselbe Spiel beim Checkout. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir Infos bekommen. Die Wohnung ist ok ausgestattet, aber in die Jahre gekommen. An den Badezimmermöbeln und Küchenmöbeln lösen sich Teile, im Bad ist Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche und unten auf dem Boden. Das Kopfteil des Bettes roch muffig. Die Küchenarbeitsplatte hatte einen schmierigen Film, als wir ankamen, ansonsten war aber alles sauber. Es gab auch genügend Handtücher und das Bad hat ein kleines Fenster. Die Dachterrasse ist im Sommer bestimmt schön, allerdings war sie im Februar noch nicht hergerichtet, obwohl das Wetter die ganze Zeit gut war. Genügend Stühle und Tische gibt es und auch die Wäscheleine ist praktisch. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Die Lage in der Altstadt direkt nah am Strand und der Fähre war das beste!
