Room was nice but definitely in need of a touch up. No cover in the plug in the shower, sink plug got jammed so couldn't empty water out of the sink which was very annoying.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool and gym. Overall, we had a nice stay. We did not have breakfast, so we can't comment on it. In our room, the heating was a big unit blowing warm air. It makes a lot of noise, so we had to switch it off to be able to sleep although it was a cold night. We could also hear the road.

Very old hotel that needs renovation. Doors are so old and shabby. Windows are noy double glazed so sleeping at night without motorway sound is less likely.

Overall good value for money, but had to wait a long time for food with young children, but was yummy, and then had to wait for a travel cott when needed to get the baby to bed, and when it came it had ibprofen in it, food stains and stunk of beer so had to cover with duvets for baby to sleep in, staff were friendly

Uncomfortable Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Heater I

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but the experience was disappointing. The room was not clean, and there was a constant dusty smell. The heater wasn’t working properly, and the room was too cold, making it difficult to sleep. When we turned the heater on, it released a muddy smell, which showed it hadn’t been serviced in a while. Overall, the room cleanliness and maintenance need a lot of improvement.
