Perfect house for a family vacation! The pool, playground and grounds were immaculate! The house is adorable and Joe and Cynthia were extremely responsive. We loved waking up to the view of the lake from the house. Fantastic location as well!

Amazing property and location.

This property is breathtaking and is so beautifully kept. The owners were lovely and very helpful and the treats were a nice touch. Only things that could be added to make it 5 star would be some essentials in the kitchen. i.e. ice trays, vegetable peeler, oil, foil, baking paper.The beds a very firm which may be good for some people, could also do with a full length mirror somewhere in the house.These are only minor but would make a big difference when staying for a number of days and cooking.Overall with the view, pool and Spa this place is fantastic.Only diwn side wa

Perfect place to stay with kids

Stayed here with hubby, daughter and her 2 kids ages 8 & 11. They loved the pool, hot tub and trampoline. They were a bit too big for the playground. This compound sits on Lake Rotorua in a nice residential neighborhood, so felt very safe. There are several homes on the property including the home we stayed in. Home was well maintained and clean. You will need a car if you stay here. It’s close to the gondolas and luge along with Zorbs, but you’ll still need to have a car to get there.

Visiting from USA. This place is so beautiful! The house was so clean and perfectly set up for our needs. The host, Joe was so friendly. Beautiful Pool and hot tubs to use daily. They offer boat tours and free kayaks to use on the lake. Beautiful area to walk around also. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Beautiful home with views on the lake

My friends and I had an excellent stay here during our trip to New Zealand for the women's world cup. The property is gorgeous, on the lake with a large back lawn and with beach access. It was too cold to swim while we were there but I'd imagine it's amazing in the summer. Location is perfect for getting to Rotorua city center area. The hosts communicated well and left us snacks along with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely return again!

Gemini place met all our needs - easy access, ‘just move in’ accomodation, then the bonuses of lake edge, pool, spa and fire pit. Made for a very relaxing family catch up.
