This was an excellent day, great rooms, heated pool, friendly stuff, and a gym. For a business options, you can just use the McDonald’s on the other side. You can book their a private room.

Spa pool was amazing, you just fill yourself. Used as a hot tub. Room was fantastic, clean, well designed and laid out, with everything you’d need available. Comfy bed too. Definitely would stay again

Room was extremely clean and in overalll better condition to some local motels: Beds were very comfortable. Room was serviced every day. The property overall is in excellent condition. We did not try the restaurant, but it seemed very nice. Great location with easy access to Woolworths and a 24 hour McDonald’s if you absolutely need a midnight snack. If you like walking, you can very likely walk to the skyline activities and possibly the Maori dinner village without heading back into town. With this sad, it is about a 1.5 mile walk from the main town so if you want to stay in downtown Rotorua, this might not be the ideal location. I used the distance as an opportunity to walk through the geothermal park and enjoy an extended hike in the sun. If you want a quieter place this will be perfect. The only reason I did not give five stars is there is some sort of utility operation behind the property and you may be woken up with the truck trucks coming in and out of the location if you are a light sleeper. A white noise machine helps:

The room was good, bed was comfortable. The spa tub was good too but it was outside uncovered. While this might be exciting for some, given the weather, we couldn't enjoy. It was raining whole time. I never seen a spa tub kept on open space.

Everything was perfect inside our room, there was everything we needed in light of amenities, plenty of space to move around, very good settings, plus the private spa outdoor. The general pool and the gym and spa added to the comfort. There was only minor issue with our room being located next the stairs going to be upper level and of course people were moving around, so if you get a room further from the stairs , it would be perfect.

The room was clean and the staff courteous. A bit disappointing that the spa hours were restricted to 9.30 pm and the restaurant advertised on some sites was not yet open. In a very handy position right across from Woolworth's and a small shopping centre with fast food options, and not far from the Gondola and luge. Would advise taking the rooms at the back as the road fronting rooms likely suffer from a fair amount of road noise through the night.

The rooms as always were spotless and very comfortable to stay in. The heated bathroom floor and sap are always a plus. I returned after staying here last year. My wife died after our 2024 stay. Coincidentally I was out into the same room as last time. This was a good coincidence! Desk staff and cleaning staff were exemplary. I look forward to returning again!
