Hotel looks more rundown in person than it does on the pictures which only shows the rooms. The picture of the rooms are accurate, the corridors and building looks more like a university halls which needs renovation. The service was excellent and location great 5/10 minutes from both the train station and Rotterdam centre. If not expecting the most modern hotel this would work for you

Nice clean room good size for a solo traveller. Nice 24/7 communal lounge area with complimentary tea and good quality coffee. Lifts could do with an upgrade and the air conditioning didn't work but they had provided a standing fan which was a considerate touch. Would stay again.

No AC. Opening the tiny window doesn’t help much as humid air gets in along with mosquitos. Very small room. No breakfast. But front gets nice city view on the top floors. Helpful staff.
