Old house, comfortable and full of charm. Very charming independent building, renovated and fitted out with respect for the old, located in a quiet area, on the plot of this hamlet nestled between bocages and meadows.
Enclosed outdoor space of 400 m² (south), with stone barn (35 m²).
Ground floor: living room/living room (stove and convertible) with open bistro kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 twin 90x200 beds), shower room and separate WC. wheelchair accessible.
Floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 90x200 beds, 2: 2 120x200 beds), separate WC, sink area.
Equip. extra: wifi, DVD player, stereo, tumble dryer, baby equipment.
Included: electricity, sheets.
