## Space

Discover this charming, tastefully furnished F2 apartment, located in Rouen's Beaux Arts district, right next to Rouen train station. On the 3rd and top floor of a Rouen building, you'll enjoy a view of the Rouen dungeon.

The living area features a lounge and dining area with sofa, TV, dining table and coffee table.

The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully fitted and equipped. You'll enjoy hotplates, a large Smeg fridge with freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.

The bedroom is independent, with a large Emma double bed (180x200) and storage space. The shower room is attached to the bedroom, with all the comforts of an early-morning wake-up call, and is equipped with a washing machine. The WC is independent.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Transit

Route F1 (Fastobus): This is a fast line that runs through Rouen city center, with several stops along rue Jeanne d'Arc. It provides easy access to various parts of the city.

TEOR :

Metro :
Gare-Rue Verte metro station is on rue Jeanne d'Arc, near Rouen's SNCF train station. The metro connects to more distant neighborhoods such as Saint-Sever to the south or Boulingrin to the north.

Railway station :
Rouen-Rive-Droite station is located at the top of rue Jeanne d'Arc. From here, you can catch regional and national trains to Paris, Le Havre and Caen.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.

Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and departures by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all guests are provided with household linen, first-day essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. I hate to write a bad review about this apartments but I must. The apartment, location, and communication from arch duchess was wonderful. The problem was the downstairs neighbor. Every evening at 5:30 she started banging on the ceiling every time I got up to walk. She banged on the ceiling sometimes when I would even shift on the couch. She would bang on the ceiling from 5:30 until I went to bed around 10pm. She then came and banged on my door several times (I do not speak French and did not answer). She left a note asking me to “walk more softly”. I am a quiet person. I moved the rug into the living room and put on socks. But she STILL kept banging. Then she had friends over for a loud party until midnight. Arch duchess contacted the building manager twice but the banging continued. I was booked for 3 weeks but ended up leaving a week early because of this situation.
