PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Discover your picturesque getaway amid the Blue Ridge Mountains near Bluemont, VA at your 5BR/3.5BA mountain getaway. A private two-tiered deck has a hot tub and the lush backyard is equipped with gazebo, beautifully landscaped garden, a firepit, and dog friendly fenced yard.

Step outside your door and drive just 10-15 minutes to several mountainside wineries and breweries as well as day hikes along the Appalachian Trail or water recreation on the Shenandoah River.


LIVING AREAS
Meadowbrook Estate features a newly designer-decorated home where one will find a wonderful layout for entertaining and an OLED Large Screen SmartTV with all the streaming apps. A small library offers a cozy space to curl up with a book.


KITCHEN and DINING
The well equipped Meadowbrook kitchen includes chef worthy appliances and breakfast bar seating for three. Dine next to floor-to-ceiling windows at the 8 person table overlooking the meadow and mountain views. Additionally, there is a second 8 person dining table in the kitchen.


BEDROOMS and BATHS
The primary bedroom in Meadowbrook has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a jetted soaking tub with a separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a private deck with a table and two chairs. The second bath includes a tub-shower combo.

The remaining three bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom in the hallway and are equipped with a king, queen and a queen with a queen sized sofa bed.


OUTDOOR AREAS
Relax in the lush courtyard equipped with a hot tub, outdoor shower, al fresco dining, and a dog friendly turf side yard. The Malibu cottage also has a private second story deck with an eight person fire pit table and ocean views.

Bachelorette Group Loved Home
Our bachelorette party enjoyed our stay! Home was exactly as pictured and very clean! There were clear instructions for check-in and check-out processes. Complimentary Early Check-In was a huge help and we are so grateful. Property manager and owner were very communicative and answered any question we had! We appreciate all their help with coordinating our large group. We enjoyed the large porch, rocking chairs, hot tub, and many couches to fit 12 women! Only thing to add, the house may need a supply run. We did not find dish sponges, trash bags, and had only one dishwasher pod. We wanted to be sure to leave the house clean and tidy! But other than the lack of some cleaning supplies, the home was incredible and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be recommending this home to our friends and family!

Amazing Rental
The house is a great house that comfortably accommodated 12 adults. (a few stayed on the couch) The check in process was easy and smooth. The owners were nice and responsive. The home was gorgeous and there are TONS of great places to hang out. Kitchen, backporch, front porch, back yard, etc. The views are spectacular and the pictures online don't even do it justice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. We had a great time.

Luxury Comfort in a Quiet Setting
From the moment you drive up to the property you feel at home. An interactive board greets you at check-in and assists you throughout your stay. Whether you are looking for restaurant suggestions, need to interact with the hosts or are looking for information about the home it can all be found there. As you walk through the home you see all the little touches that show you the thought and care that was put into making your stay great. The kitchen is well equipped and had high end appliances. The home is beautiful decorated and every room is spacious. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding and the bathrooms are provided with complimentary toiletries which I thought was a nice touch. The views from the home are amazing and we even had a nightly visit from a group of deer. The yard was great for the kids to run around in and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. There was wood already cut and ready for the fireplace inside or the fire pit outside. The hosts were thoughtful and provided complimentary makings for s'mores. The hosts were extremely attentive and were quick to answer any questions we had. They even went above and beyond by coming out on Thanksgiving Day to address a small issue. Our whole group enjoyed our time at this property and are already planning our next visit. I definitely would recommend this home if you are looking for a place to unwind and get away from the rush of your busy life. We can't wait to go back!
