On the ground floor, a spacious 70 m² living area includes a refined lounge, a large fully equipped open kitchen, one bedroom, and a small bathroom.

Outside, several sunny terraces provide lovely spots to relax, enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, or share a cosy dinner outdoors by the fire while overlooking the surrounding greenery. Guests can also cool off with a refreshing swim in the pool or simply unwind in the peaceful atmosphere of the estate.
