The Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a lovely living room with a seating area in front of the TV with an amazing atmosphere guaranteed by the fireplace, acompletely equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a dining area.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave,toaster, kettle, coffee machine), washing machine, electric fireplace, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, Alexa device, this apartment is an ideal place for couples/families/friends to spend the holidays.With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 150 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

The place is very centrally located. We were there for a salsa festival and was easy to go around. One thing to note is that 1 bedroom has no windows and the other has a upper window to the living room if that is important to you

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rovijn. The host was very helpful. We were very close to all of the main areas in town. The apartment was very nice, however, the beds and sofa were very uncomfortable. They were very hard and difficult to get comfortable. I am very sorry to have to say this, but I think comfort, especially for nighttime relaxation, is very important. Otherwise, all went very well.

Special place!

Igor's place was good. The location was ideal for exploring the old city. It's in the old city, just off one of the main squares. That means it is very convenient. It also means you'll get a fair amount of noise from the square. Happily, the street performers stop at 22:00. The apartment is pretty cozy. Perhaps Igor will correct me, but my rough estimate is that it's about 670 sq ft (65 square meters). If you need to park a car, paid parking (110 HRK/day) is just 5-7 minute walk away; free parking, which Igor can direct you to, is a 10-15 minute (1.2 km) walk away. Communication with Igor was very good. We were met at the door when we arrived.
