LA GRONDA Holiday House

LA GRONDA Holiday House is located near Tourist camp Vestar, 500 meters from the nearest beach and 6 km from the town of Rovinj. The house is spread over one floor. Interior size is 120 m2 and terrace is 100 m2. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden of 1000 m2. A covered jacuzzi is available in the courtyard of the house. In addition to the jacuzzi, guests have 4 deck chairs at their disposal. The guests have at disposal BBQ facilities.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern eine wundervolle Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet und verfügt über eine moderne Ausstattung. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, um auch mal selbst zu kochen, unter anderem Induktions-Kochfeld und eine große Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Jeder Raum kann mittels Klimaanlage gekühlt werden. Alles war sehr sauber, inklusive der zur Verfügung gestellten Bettwäsche. Was man sich in den schönen Schlafzimmern noch wünschen könnte, wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern um sich den ein oder anderen Mückenstich zu ersparen :-) Das Highlight ist der große Garten mit der ebenfalls sehr großen Terrasse. Besonders mit Kindern kann man sich hier toll ausbreiten. Die sehr sympathische Gastgeberin Eni hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Sie wusste uns auch wertvolle Tipps was Strände oder Restaurants angeht. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Eni!
