Tolle Feriewohnung

Wir hatten 14 tolle Tage in Rovinjsko Selo. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns optimal. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht weit entfernt von Rovinj. Den Strand, die Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut und auf kurzen Wegen schnell zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant, welches gut zu Fuß erreichbar war. Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz, war gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle große Terrasse. Ein großer Dank, für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, geht an unsere Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Rovinj Selo

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 5 Nächte gebucht. Leider hatten wir an 3 Tagen schlechtes Wetter, sodass wir sehr auf die Ferienwohnung angewiesen waren. Eine wunderschöne großzügige und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer großen Terrasse, in der wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung kann man unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war etwas abgelegen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Es war alles da. Was wir vermisst haben war Tiefkühlfach , Toaster, Microwelle. Die Gastgeber waren super nett. Sprechen Deutsch und haben viele Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Preis Leistung wunderbar, wir kommen wieder

Wir verbrachten schöne 4 Tage dort. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos. Es war absolut alles da, was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse sind bequeme Liegen und Sitzmöbel vorhanden. Insgesamt ruhige Lage, Fahrtzeit zu den diversen Stränden beträgt maximal zehn Minuten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war mehr als top!! Die Vermieter wohnen nicht weit entfernt und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Schöne Wohnung in zauberhafter Umgebung

Wir waren 10 Tage in Rovinjsko Selo - einem kleinen Vorort in direkter Nähe zu Rovinj. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und hat eine tolle Terasse. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant (Anmerkung: in Rovinj kann man besser essen). Große Supermärkte wie Konzum oder Kaufland sind ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist bei dieser Wohnung ein Muss, da der Bus nach Rovinj nur viermal am Tag fährt (wir haben ihn nie gesehen). Im Zentrum von Rovinj ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Allerdings ist, je nach Reisezeit, die Stadt sehr voll. Parkplätze gibt es nur außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Diese sind kostenpflichtig und bedeuten nochmal 20 Minuten Fußweg in die Stadt. Man sollte Geduld mitbringen oder sich für ca. 140 Kuna ein Taxi in die Stadt nehmen. Das ist unkompliziert möglich. Der Ort, die Umgebung, Menschen und das Essen sind fantastisch und absolut eine Reise wert. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Sauder und seiner Frau war unkompliziert und immer sehr nett. Hier hat man es mit einem zuverlässigen Vermieter zu tun. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir, Familie mit zwei Kindern (4 und 9) durften zwei tolle Wochen hier verbringen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, von den netten Vermietern bis zur super eingerichteten und sehr großzügigen Wohnung. Die Abende auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen und von der Wohnung aus ist alles gut mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Großzügige und ruhige FeWo

Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die technischen Geräte sind von guter Qualität. Das Ehepaar Sauder steht stets sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat einen großen, ruhigen Balkon, mit einer schönen Aussicht - selbst ein Pirol war täglich zu hören und sogar einmal zu sehen. Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Rovinj spricht auch sehr für die Wohnung. Eine tolle Wohnung - fast ein Haus eher. Kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung

Sehr ruhige, schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Platz und einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war immer vor Ort, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft

In der etwa 5 km entfernten Unterkunft von Rovinj , die über eine sehr gute Verbindungsstraße zu erreichen ist kann man den Urlaub richtig schön genießen. Es ist ausreichend Platz und alles da was benötigt wird. Die Vermieter wohnen etwa 800 meter entfernt und sind für alle Fragen oder Tip's hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit zwei Jungs und den Motorrädern da und werden wenn es möglich ist auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Familie Sauter
