Mobile Home E-2 at Safe Harbor Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita!

Our lake front mobile home is perfect for a family vacation! It has a beautiful wood finish throughout the entire unit. It sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and two bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious bathroom that features a large tub, stand-up shower and a walk-in closet! Just outside the master bedroom is the kitchen and dining that features a table that seats 6! The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed; they also share a guest bathroom. The back of the unit features large deck with an electric grill for the family to relax and enjoy the waterfront views of the lake.
This mobile home is conveniently located near our camp store, basketball court, disc golf course, swimming pool, laundromat, and courtesy dock!

Come and enjoy the fun at Safe Harbor Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita in Royal, Arkansas! Don’t miss out on this beautiful oasis! Any boater’s paradise and one of the cleanest lakes in the country! Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina! We offer 3 different styles of pontoons for daily rentals! Whether the kids are sliding into the cool water from our double decker pontoons, or you’re lounging with friends cruising the shoreline of our 42-mile lake, you are sure to enjoy your time here! Also stop by and browse our camp store for lake toys and souvenirs!

Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

We really enjoyed our stay at E2 at Brady mountain. The location is nice and easily accessible. This mobile home was stocked with majority of the essentials we needed. A couple of things I made note of: the photos on the listing are different than what is actually inside. One image depicts a bedroom with two twin beds and this was not the case, all three bedrooms had queen beds. We had to change some sleeping arrangements but it worked out as the couch pictured is also different than the one actually in the home, which was a lot wider and much more comfortable for sleeping. The sliding shower door in the main bathroom will not stay closed and slides open unless you find something to jam in the track. The grill on the porch is an electric grill but it kept tripping the GFI outlet when turning the grill on, so it was not usable. This threw a slight wrench in our dinner plans of burgers and hot dogs. We had an issue with ants coming in from the main door and one of the kitchen windows but we notified the property manager and had someone come spray almost immediately which was very nice. Overall, everyone had a good time. My family and I love Brady mountain and all they offer, but we’d probably choose a different cabin or mobile home next trip.

Great location, some inconveniences

Its right on the water and is a great location. For the price, you would expect some form of internet, due to no cell phone service whatsoever. Starlink is available almost everywhere, including this location. I saw AT&T wifi SSIDs when looking for wifi as well. The a/c was blowing warm over night, but cleared up the next day. For the price, yall have to get internet at this location.

On the lake

This property could be really nice. However, seems like there are no plans to repair the existing property or upgrade the grounds, area or experience. I was here in the same unit 2 years ago and the shower door is still broken, the lights on the stairs missing and the bedding below standard. There remains no WiFi for the rental units. Housekeeping is nonexistent and there is absolutely no where to put your garbage outside the unit. There is no washer and dryer and no where close to wash a few things, Get breakfast or meet friends for lunch on the grounds. The lodge has been torn down and the rubble is an eye sore as is the old launch area. Looks like a graveyard for unwanted property.

Lake trip

Overall, very nice house and was stocked with supplies..didn’t have to ask for anything extra. The location was overall decent but the pictures and listing are misleading, you’ve got neighbors on all sides which wasn’t a big deal but just not what we expected. Also wasn’t expecting it to be on the outskirts of the mobile home park. Wouldn't have stopped us from renting but it would have been nice to expect what we were getting.

Family Vacation

The property is just as it’s listed. Right on the lake with a perfect view and access to boat and swim area. Ducks came daily for a snack the little ones loved that. Plenty of parking room for boats and trucks. Would stay here again.

Other than the afterhours check in map being confusing, it was great! All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our rental was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Beautiful drive from 270 to the camp and freat views from the camp!

Great stay for tournament anglers

There was plenty of room for three trucks and bass boats. Very clean, we thought we were the first ones to stay there that’s how nice it was. It had everything you needed in a quiet water front location. Perfect!
