One of six individually designed apartments set within in a traditional Regency building in Royal Leamington Spa.
This 5 star standard two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with free parking is an easy 10 minutes walk from the centre of Leamington Spa with it's many cafes, bars, delis and restaurants.
The Space:
The apartment is situated on the first floor of converted 5 storey Regency townhouse, which is typical of the architecture in Leamington Spa. The apartment has been luxuriously designed and furnished to the highest standard and is truly a home from home.
There is a private parking space and as well as additional street parking should you bring more than one car. The apartment has two bedrooms - one master bedroom with en-suite and one single bedroom. The apartment is great for one to three guests, but we can accommodate up to two more on the sofa bed in the living room.
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included.
The living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs, with Netflix and catch up TV in the living room. The living room TV also has a sound bar for cinema like sound and blue tooth connection for playing your own music.
The kitchen is fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking options.

Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful and prosperous town located in the heart of Warwickshire. With a current population of around 50,000, the town’s growth was largely due to the natural spa springs that were discovered and commercialised in the nineteenth century.
The apartment is located just south of the town centre and is a perfect base for exploring the town itself as well as the neighbouring Shakespearean cities of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon.
With a town centre of around a third of a mile square, getting around Royal Leamington Spa couldn’t be easier. All areas of the town centre are easily accessed on foot within a ten minute walk, which is a great way to appreciate the stunning Regency architecture.
There are many tours and trails available in Leamington; whether you are interested in architecture, art, horticulture or the quirkier side of the town’s history.
