Located on the 9th floor (with two elevators), offering a panoramic view (not overlooked) on the ocean, Cordouan lighthouse, the harbour, beaches, and the city of Royan.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (maximum 5 beddings):
- room 1 with a large queen size bed (160x200cm), a large wardrobe closet and its own shower room.
- room 2 with a queen size bed (160x200cm) which can be divided into 2 twin beds (80x200cm), large wardrobe closet.
- room 3 is a study room with a quality convertible sofa
- one separated shower room with a shower, toilets, and washing / drying machines.
