Located on the elevated ground floor, it features a welcoming entrance that opens into a cozy living room (relaxing sofa, flat-screen TV) and a dining area perfect for sharing delicious moments.

Meal time? Unleash your culinary talents in the kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful vacation dishes: 2 ceramic hobs, a hood, a multifunction microwave, a NESPRESSO coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and even a dishwasher... not to mention the pantry with a refrigerator and freezer section!

For peaceful nights, there’s a cozy bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a closet, as well as a cabin area with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and an electric towel warmer, along with a separate toilet for added comfort.

Upon waking, breathe in the fresh sea air and settle on the balcony to enjoy a peaceful breakfast!
