Luxury home in rugby ready 4U

This unique property has a style all its own. With 3 bedrooms being able to sleep five people, this apartment is perfect for contractors working in the area or families who are looking for flexible sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor we have two bedrooms and a shower room, both bedrooms have zip and link beds. Put together they can make a super king size bed or seperated allows us to make to singles to maximise the number of guests that are able to stay. 
Upstairs we have a large newly renovated, modern open plan kitchen/living room with lovely views over the green space to the front of the property.
We also have our another bedroom, store cupboard with a fold out bed and extra bedding, superfast wifi and a smart tv. Everything you need to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
The property also comes with its own parking space for your car and there is plenty of  extra on street parking if needed.
Rugby town centre is about a 10 min walk with an abundance of wonderful restaurants and bars, perfect for a great night out.
