Formerly renovated in 2010, the property combines character with modern conveniences, including WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace. The sunny garden and terrace invite relaxation, while children can enjoy the playroom stocked with games. Parking is available for up to 4 cars, and a maximum of 2 pets are welcome, making it ideal for family holidays or group retreats.

Nature enthusiasts will love the surrounding area, with forest trails just steps away and marked paths for hiking, cycling, and mountain biking. This holiday home in Ruiselede was a fantastic choice for our family getaway! We had plenty of space with four bedrooms accommodating all nine of us comfortably, The kids loved the garden, which was perfect for them to run around in while we relaxed on the terrace, The location is peaceful and close to nature, with lovely hiking and cycling trails right nearby, We even made use of the electric bike charging point—what a bonus! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like a dishwasher and a coffee maker, A definite recommendation for families seeking a serene escape!

Large property well located within Flanders for travel to some great locations.

Large, old fashioned, rustic bungalow affording plenty of space for a large group. Good sized living spaces and bedrooms, allowing party members to spread out or come together when needed. Our family enjoyed the bar billiards, though there was not quite enough space to take some shots. Layout of bungalow odd in areas with the fridge, hob, cupboard with pans and cooking dishes in one room adjoining the kitchen and then the sink, convention oven, plates and utensils in the main kitchen, therefore having to go between the two rooms for a simple task such as making a cup of tea or boiling a pan of water. There was plenty of cooking crockery, utensils but no store cupboard basics whatsoever like oil, herbs which you find in most places you rent. We provided all our own toilet roll. The bungalow has one toilet, one shower room and one bathroom containing a toilet, shower and a very small sauna. The shower did not work in this bathroom and we were told as it was Easter they would not be able to get this mended which left us with one, small shower room between 7 adults for four nights. We had to hand over 485 euros cash on arrival (our paperwork had indicated 210 euros, ) though we did receive an electronic refund of 218 euros 3 days after our return. The garden is separate to the bungalow, no seating area, you would have to carry chairs across to sit there. Nice,small terrace.We had a pleasant holiday but would not return to this property.

Wir mussten bei unserer Ankunft erstmal viel putzen, die Toiletten waren extrem ekelhaft verdreckt. Die Töpfe und GlĂ€ser klebten in den SchrĂ€nken. Es ist Schimmel in der Wohnung und der KĂŒhlschrank schimmelte ebenfalls. Die duschen waren nicht geputzt, die duschmatte schimmelt von unten. Teilweise beginnen sich die Tapeten zu lösen. Die Heizung funktioniert in einem Raum irgendwie nicht so wie in allen anderen RĂ€umen und genug warmes Wasser, dass alle duschen gehen können gibt es auch nicht. Die Wohnung riecht insgesamt muffig und wirkt in die Jahre gekommen.

Die KĂŒche ist unbequem, aber machbar. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut. Die SpĂŒlmaschine war unhygienisch verdreckt. Auf die Frage nach einer Extrarolle Klopapier reagierte Frau eher geizig: „Hier haben Sie eine Rolle, aber die dĂŒrfen wir nicht besorgen. Der Hausherr fĂ€hrt viel auf dem Hof (den wir mit den EigentĂŒmern teilen) auf und ab und das ist kein Problem; Nun, er kommt bald. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass die Enkel manchmal dort spielten oder einfach zum oder vom Garten laufen konnten, erschien mir das etwas unsicher. Anscheinend haben die Besitzer keinen ErsatzschlĂŒssel. Als Mieter erhalten Sie keinen Einblick in Ihren Stromverbrauch und d'office verrechnet einen hohen Festpreis. Warum wir bei unserer Ankunft einen ZĂ€hlerstand bekommen haben, ist uns ein RĂ€tsel. Auch das Reinigungsteam muss etwas Besonderes sein, denn es kostet 110 €. Wir haben also durchaus gemischte GefĂŒhle.

Een heerlijk ruim huis met een prachtig uitzicht. De ligging vlak bij het bos was ideaal voor onze dagelijkse wandelingen. We hadden onze hond meegenomen en het was fijn om een huisdiervriendelijke plek te hebben. Al met al een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

PrĂŒfen Sie nach Plan, leben die Besitzer nebenan so holen Sie den SchlĂŒssel StĂŒck Kuchen war. Haus war auf der Hauptstraße, aber es ist nicht sehr beschĂ€ftigt. Rahmen war lĂ€ndlich. BrĂŒgge 25km oder 30km Gent ist nicht weit entfernt. Great place Fahrrad, starten Sie das Radfahren als um das Haus.
