Cozy beach house with yard and parking

Perfect home for your beach trip this year. This house is 6 houses from the beach with free walk up access and 4 houses from the river. 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds plus an additional futon to sleep a 5th guest. This 1.5 bath house also has a front sunroom where you can curl up in a comfy chair to enjoy coffee and read a book. An outdoor seating area with grill, fire pit, cantilever umbrella and seating as well as plenty of off street parking PLUS walking distance to Sandy Hook national park.
Ring doorbell protected on both exterior doors.

Wonderful beach place

This beach cottage was perfect for our needs. Was only a bloc to the beach to enjoy the watching and listening to the waves and also do seashell hunting. Getting settled was easy as received code for lock box the day before and it opened easily to get key. There was ample off street parking available. House was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed including beer frig that even had some bottles and cans available. The beach decor was very appropriate. Kitchen had everything we needed including spices. Did not have dishwasher but we don’t mind washing them by hand. Keurig was present for morning coffee and had some pods available. Beds were comfortable. House is close to restaurants and multiple historical sites to visit. Would definitely stay here again if we return to New Jersey.
