Song Sparrow Cottage - Barrel Sauna / Water Views / Short walk to beach

Song Sparrow Cottage
Where the song meets the sea.
Welcome to a truly special piece of PEI.

Tucked away along the North Shore on a private road, this beautiful and quaint three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach house offers privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking coastal beauty — with exclusive access to a beautiful beach shared only by residents and guests of the private road.

The walk to the beach is just as magical as the destination, winding down a quiet red road before opening onto the stunning coastline.

Music lovers will feel right at home here. The cottage features an antique piano and record player, creating a warm, nostalgic atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down, settle in, and simply enjoy the moment.

And there’s an extra-special connection to PEI’s music scene — this beautiful coastal home is owned by award-winning PEI singer-songwriter and bestselling author Tara MacLean.

Inside, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms, including a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two bathrooms, a beautiful open kitchen, and inviting living spaces perfect for slow mornings, cozy evenings, and making memories with the people you love.

For additional sleeping space, the living area features a double sleeper sofa, making the cottage comfortable for up to eight guests.

The cottage is just as inviting in the cooler months. Gather around the wood stove and enjoy its warm, cozy glow on crisp spring and fall evenings — the perfect excuse to slow down, get cozy, and stay awhile.

The deck off the primary bedroom boasts one of the most breathtaking sunrise views on the island. When it’s time to unwind, step outside and enjoy the barrel sauna with beautiful water views, or relax in the hammock and watch the eagles fishing from their nearby nest.

Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful family escape, a creative retreat, or simply a place to disconnect from the everyday, Song Sparrow Cottage is a little coastal gem where you can breathe deeper, slow down, and let the sea set the pace.
