Will never stay there again. When we arrived, the guy at the front desk was on his cell. Then got into the room. No toilet paper, room was not clean at all. Went back to desk and asked for the manager, the lady said no night manager was available. They gave me another room, and this one was not much better however it did have toilet paper, and fresh towels. No plastic liner in one of the trash cans, there was a floss stick on the floor under the table between the beds. A dark blob of something brown on the mirror about an inch and a half long. Looked like, well I don’t want to speculate what it could have been. Blanket was really thin and fitted sheet was torn (6 inch) in the corner. My husband had been up more than 24 hours, and just wanted to sleep, otherwise I was ready to leave, but too late at night. I slept with my clothes on bc I just didn’t want to get comfortable there. I have never stayed at such a horrible hotel. The hallway had trash on the floor. It had a 9 point rating. Definitely not even a 1 point rating. We should have stayed at a casino in Shreveport, at least they have high standards. My husband and I always stay at nice hotels, and this one wasn’t one of them. We paid approximately $225 for that one night, which was the worst hotel experience ever. Don’t be fooled by the rating!
