Check in was very easy. The facility was clean and orderly but my air/heat did not work in my room. We opened the window for circulation and that helped. I wasn’t uncomfortable and I didn’t report it because I didn’t want to switch rooms in the middle of the night on New Year’s Eve.

Room 229....Elevator stuck with us on it because buttons would not work properly. Used stairs from first arrival through out stay. Door to frige and micowave area was coming apart and it could not be closed without hitting ceiling. Potental safety hazard. Mirror door to closet would not closed and stayed partially open. Coffee maker did not work properly...my wife found hose off and repaired it. Coffee selections were awful. Restaurant had nothing but food prepared offsite and brought in. All snacks and treats. Not a warm meal. Not very appealing. TV selections were poor and very basic. TV set was out of adjustment... too much color or contrast. Overall not up to Marriot standards.

Rude. Incompetent. Took three employees to check us in. I think they got the wrong rate but no one could figure it out. No free coffee in the lobby. Never in 30 years have I been in a hotel that wants to charge me $3 for a cup of coffee in the lobby. I will never stay in a Marriot again. They don’t care. They even said so.
