Very helpful front desk staff, nasty rooms, rude housekeepers, disgusting pool, underwhelming breakfast, stingy with towels, stained bedding, greasy floors in the room, broken coffee machine, small bathroom. Need I say more?

We checked in and immediately checked out and moved hotels. Their hotel hold is $100 (the nicer hotel up the road only had a $10 hold). On checkin, the front desk was dirty and unwelcoming. The room was dark, dim, and overall felt uncomfortable. The description and pictures have a gym on site as well, but it's just keys to the anytime fitness 8 minutes up the road. I don't recommend wasting your money here.

nothing the room some thing were broken the breakfast was cold had to warm up in the micowave the warmer food the food was not turn on and the girl that was put add more the manger was every rude when i ask for a receipt and she would not give me one of the whole change said they could not and would not i will not book with yall again would not tell me the price i was paying for my room dollies are tape together had a hard time getting my stuff to my room GALD TO LEAVE

Yuck

The rooms were filthy and had a foul smell. The housekeeping came and took our dirty towels, but would not bring us new clean ones so we were left with no towels. The beds had stains on the blankets and sheets, and the floors were slick. The walls Baseboards and doors were filthy, cracks in the ceiling as well. The TV was extremely old and did not work well. Overall, this hotel lacked quality and should change its name to just Inn.

It’s a nice place. Staffers are friendly Bathrooms could be updated… sink area is small, hardly room for toiletries. Suggest putting a shelf under the sink.

Not Satisfactory - They Can Do Better

Towel shortage, seemed very rationed and not cleaned/bleached properly; rough washed. Asked for cleaning 2nd day, they left all dirty towels in bathroom and only took the trash, left some new towels, and basically made up the beds. Staff was friendly, hotel floor was quiet, but needs serious upgrades to interior. Even dollies were old and hanging on for life - that's a real easy fix. Exterior of property was neatly kept, but I can't give interior and cleaning a 3. Get (hire) some seasoned, mature workers in there who are serious about room cleaning and not on cell phones. Also, redo wall paper - peeling in various noticeable areas throughout our 2nd floor. Enforce smoking rules - first step on elevator we were hit with weed. Don't just have the property in Ruston just to exist - invest and make it pop and better, particularly coming from a beautiful Indian culture and ownership where I know you all know class and elegance. We'd likely not stay here again. Upgrade bedding and wall plug fixtures. That bedding is so 1970s. For these reasons, I'd have to give our stay a 2 star rating. Also, realized last day of check out (Monday), phone cord was completely not active.
Phone was LITERALLY not working.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the bathroom seriously needed work, drywall and patching, which has apparently been started but not finished. The shower was very slow to drain. There were several electrical outlets in the room that did not work. We normally like Quality Inn, but we will not be staying at this one again.
