The hotel is a family owned business. The location is great, directly in front of the bus station from Halong Bay. It is approximately 700 meters away from the city centre, church, train station, markets, tourist spots. The owner is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. He attended to all our needs, arranged our tours and way back to Hanoi. He even drove us to the bus station headed for Hanoi and did not leave us until we were on the bus. He was so great he even called us at the airport to find out if we were ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is heading to Sa Pa for a holiday.
