Villa Margalida. Spectacular and modern newly built villa with heated pool in Sa Pobla, in the north of the island of Mallorca.

This magnificent villa has everything you need to enjoy the best holidays. The accommodation, newly built is divided into three floors. The first one has a large fully equipped kitchen. On this same floor, you can find the living room and a room with two single beds with a full bathroom next to the bedroom. Going up the stairs and accessing the second floor, we find the other 3 rooms, two of them with two single beds each one and one double room with a full bathroom. On this same floor you can find a large terrace and a fully equipped gym. Finally we find the last floor, where there is the suite with a king double bed, fully equipped bathroom and great terrace to enjoy the best mornings. The house has all the elements to enjoy an unforgettable holiday from the first moment: WIFI, air conditioning, quality furniture, international TV channels, Netflix, dishwasher, barbecue, parking and a top terrace.

The outdoor area, perfectly maintained, has a heated pool of 7 x 3 meters that you can enjoy both summer and winter and a large terrace where you can spend the best moments.

Sa Pobla is a town with a lot of personality and full of life. In the main square, the nerve center of the town, you will find numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants. Dine in any of these establishments and taste the typical food of Mallorca is a luxury that you can not miss. In addition, in the same square, every Sunday celebrates the weekly market, where you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, a wide variety of cheeses and sausages, and handicrafts. During the months of July and January the patronal festivities are celebrated, with a multitude of activities for the whole family and in August we highlight the International Jazz Festival, a must for music lovers.

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning units throughout the accommodation.

- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform.
- Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service. For this reason, upon departure it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
