In a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. 40 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house, in winter 40 m. Shop, grocery, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, railway station 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 500 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 700 m, ski school, cross country ski track, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: Gstaad. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hornberg, Glacier 3000. Hiking paths: Lauenensee, Simmentaler Hausweg. Please note: main road close by. It is an old wooden house and therefore poorly soundproofed.
