Check in time was 2pm I arrived at the property at 5:30 pm. Checked into the room with no clean towels only one bed made and no working toilet. I asked for towels at the front desk and was advised they were still being washed and would be delivered to the room. At 9 pm had to go back to the front desk and ask for the towels.

What in the....

Got checked into my room, walked in and it smelled like someone had been chain amoking since the building was built. It was disgusting. The clerk said that no one had been in that room previously, the problem according to him is that people smoke outside the door and it comes in. Whatever. I go back to the room, nontv remote, had to go back and get one smh. Come back and discover there is no trash can. Im over it. Go to sleep, wake up and get in the shower, only to discover there are no towels in the room. I had to dry off with my tank top that i was wearing. Will never stay here again.

Thrash and dog poop all over property. There was flies in my initial room , someone had to come to spray raid all over the room killing about a dozen flies . TV had no connection and no one returned to assist. Pool was very dirty. Non guest loitering in the parking lot late night hours didn’t seem like a secured property.

A place to just come and sleep. But I checked into my room and had a quarter of toilet paper left and no towels. I went downstairs and they said they had no towels… breakfast was ok. Could always be better but could always be worse

Stolen Luggage after checked in from the room

Terrible... Stolen Bag with Personal Items, Toiletries and Cel phone with cable. Upon checked in, personal items were set inside rooms and locked. Upon returning, personal bag was missing. Report it to front desk clerk (Mr. Sourav) who indicated that had no way to help or assist and had no access to on-site cameras. Told me to wait for manager until following day. Front Desk indicated that he didn't know the managers last name and only knew her by her first name (Elvira). Next day, she wasn't available either and the same front desk employee indicated that she was in a meeting. The missing bag? nowhere to be found. It was plain stealing taken from inside the room (214) after checked in. I lost valuables, clothing and expensive Iphone cel phone with personal information.

This place is absolutely the bear minimum! The room had ZERO (0) towels! Flat screen television, NO cable/satellite! Laying on the bed was like laying on boxes cover with bedsheets. Don’t get me wrong the price was low, you get what you pay for!! People actually live in these rooms and treat it as an apartment complex. Overall terrible place to stay for any amount of time! I wouldn’t pull in to parking lot to turn around! This place is is a dump!!

Absolutely disgusting room. Didn't even end up staying my whole trip left as soon as I could to get out of that nightmare room. Hair in the bed the toilet leaked the staff was not helpful with anything. Dirt all over the floor and the amenities said there would be a fridge instead it was a giant empty space with the microwave just hanging there.Do not stay here if you can help it.

Awful all around very careless staff and roaches all over. Rooms were not clean and people sleeping in the back parking lot in the cars and in bushes. Not the ideal place they promote. On top it off I had no toilet paper and no cable/wifi and no phone in room and never refunded me me deposit. Awful awful please do not stay

Nightmare of drugged out people. Scary. Unsafe.

Checked into 2 rooms for family trip. Only there an hour. Unsafe. Waiting for full refund. Lobby smelled like raw sewage. Creepy people casing our vehicle. No internet or cable on tv in both rooms-front desk staff argued the tv's were fine and had no basic understanding of how internet or cable worked for tv to broadcast. Saw drug use in parking lot. Staff was nice but either clueless to activity happening at property or didnt care. Could not get out of there fast enough. Room somewhat clean but property in bad condition. 6 people entered room next door looked high on drugs. Upon closer look, 10 rating on reviews seem to be fake to counter bad reviews. Took a gamble on reasonable price and lost time and money. Hotels.com didnt handle the unsafe situation appropriately and have not handled the refund yet. Did nothing to help book us an alternative. Disappointing after 9 successful bookings at similar price point with great service. Afraid to take pics to post because of sketchy people everywhere.
