Check in time was 2pm I arrived at the property at 5:30 pm. Checked into the room with no clean towels only one bed made and no working toilet. I asked for towels at the front desk and was advised they were still being washed and would be delivered to the room. At 9 pm had to go back to the front desk and ask for the towels.

Unsanitary condition and no refund

Lobby had an active ceiling leak. Room smelled of stale cigarettes, and the sheets were stained and appeared unwashed. Refund was denied despite multiple calls.

There was nothing I liked about the property. I selected the hotel based on the Expedia website. The property looks nothing like the listing. The pool was very dirty and there was garbage bags sitting around in various areas. There was no breakfast available although we were told there would be. Missing lights in our room so the lighting was very dim. The beds we slept in were pretty good. There were a lot of shady people hanging around the parking lot. There was also no sign for the hotel. We were told it is under new management and the staff stated they were new. However they were polite. The grounds were also unkept. As this place is under new management we wish them the best of luck.

The worst hotel I've ever been to!

The pictures look nothing like the property! Upon arrival the windows were boarded up people doing drugs outside. It was so dirty. The lobby was falling apart it looked nothing like the pictures. I didn't see a pool or gym either. I've ruffed it out in a few hotels but we didn't stay it was so bad. They moved us to four different rooms. The first the sheets were so dirty not changed, the second same but TV didn't work, third same but fridge didn't work the fourth cockroaches, pee on one wall blood and poop on another, sheets not washed, cigarettes on the floor, dirty floor and fire alarm hanging from ceiling, no channels. Do not stay unless you do drugs and like unsafe dirty environments!

The hidden jewel of the East of Sacramento

I like this place, it’s quiet and convenient. The staff is very hospitable and professional and are down right good people. They make you feel like you’re at home with family and friends. They run this like home, it’s safe and relaxing and accommodating. My enjoyable experience here will keep me coming back.

This hotel is unbeatable when it comes to price and the nice and clean factor. The rooms have just been newly updated and while they are very simple theyre clean, the color scheme dated is cool, bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here unless youre picky and expect 5 star conditions.

Both beds had dirty sheets on them. Floor felt like it wasn't cleaned in a while. The TV screen was melted (literally) There was no toilet paper. Breaker for the AC was blown. Room smelled like a smoking lounge. Smoke detector battery was low so kept making that beeping noise. Just pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

I like Rancho Cordova Inn it really is a nice place well worth the bang for the buck. On tuesday the amount of the room got as low as $36 before taxes. No where else can you get a room as nice as these.one here for the prices they charge. I havent seen one cochroach in the rooms nor outside, they do serve a very light breakfast consiting of microwaveable sausage and eggs

AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!! Trick photography was used to make the lobby appear twice the size it actually was, confirmed by the attendant there that evening. The same was used for the exterior image. The "Breakfast Bar" doesn't exist. It appears to be a stock photo used from another site. Homeless people gathered in the parking lot and around the lobby. The lobby reeked of the odor of urine. Didn't bother to look at the room. Ended up driving back home an hour 45 I'm out over $200.00 due to false advertising on Expedia's website and they won't provide a refund because the owner of the property won't approve it? That has to be one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. I've used Expedia exclusively for years, but this makes me rethink using other booking sites.

The sheets were filthy. They smelled like someone laid in it and sweat in the bed. There was blood on the pillows. There was hair in the pillows. There was snot in the pillows. The floors was sticky. There’s a huge crack in the sink only cold water. I sliced my finger, trying to turn on the shower. Their towels were stained, and the room smells like cigarettes the towels that they had laid out were filthy, and they had the nerve to charge me $10 for the towels.
