I asked for a ground floor room because of a recent knee replacement, not realizing there are elevators. The very nice desk clerk ungraded me to a ground floor king room. Will stay here again for sure.

no vending machines there snack and water to buy no signs or price first associate said take water free night guy associate chase me to pay for water ? so please its it free or pay i asked the guy no sign and morning crew said take take water free? he say he can not have signs with price? who s business is it just put signs pay for everything at desk so easy other than that i like the place

I’d probably stay here again because the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. With that being said, a few things I did NOT appreciate were: 1) The swimming pool was so cold it was not usable. Honestly felt like someone put ice in it. 2) There is a tree company who stays at the hotel and uses all the parking close to the door. When they leave for the day, the put cones in their parking spots like they are reserved. I can’t believe the hotel allows that. 3) The receptionist and night staff were just not friendly, kinda felt like they hated being at work.

My cable tv was out .There where no free breakfast!! Also didn’t have coffee in my room!!

I really like that the pictures online are accurate to the room when I entered the property. The breakfast food was also really good.

Good:The room was very clean, staff generally unfriendly, breakfast was good, bed comfortable. Bad: showerhead, nowhere to sit in room except bed and a dining room chair that was awkward.
