The space
Welcome. This home is ideal for families with kids, Athletes, contingent home sales or purchases, relocation, Traveling Doctors/ Nurses, Family visits, Business travelers, Displaced by natural disasters.

Kitchen:
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or hot chocolate made fresh in your keurig. Followed by a nice meal in your fully equipped retro style kitchen. Enjoy all the extras, with microwave, oven, & stove, a rice cooker, crock pot, air fryer, seasonings & more! Farm style Dining table seats 6.

The Gem:
The backyard boasts a nice private area. Bring the fun outside and gather around the patio sofa with enough seating for 6 and Show off your BBQ skills on the grill!! propane included! Outdoor fire pit and & hanging lights accent the patio at night.

The BONUS:
Surprise the kids (or treat yourself!) to your very own PAC MAN arcade game!! 13 all you can play arcade games!!

Living area has a plush and cozy deep couch. Throw blankets & an abundance of cozy pillows to set the wind down tone.

AWSOME home away from home

My cousins, husband and I stayed in the home. Our adult children came over for a family dinner. The home was the best VRBO we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well stocked. Better stocked than mine at home. The beds were very comfy. Backyard is like having your very own park. If I could I would give this house/experience 10 stars instead of 5.

Excellent house for the long weekend

My family had a wonderful time at the house for the Memorial weekend. The house was thoughtfully prepared for the guests and we felt very much at home. The kitchen was well stocked. A variety of snacks and drinks were provided. They were many toys in the kids room. Plenty of card and board games in the living room. A beautiful backyard for s’more grilling and kids sports. Last but not the least, Pac-Man arcade machine was definitely everyone’s favorite. The location is not super close to the top sights in Sacramento. Otherwise it was a perfect house for our big family.

We stayed at this property for a race we were attending in folsom. This place made everything so convenient. Has everything you need for your stay stocked kitchen with pots pans spices some food. Beautiful backyard. Loved it.

Beautiful Garden Oasis

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful home with a backyard that rivals a city park. From start to finish our host was available for questions. The house is a fun split level plan that gave all of us privacy. Beds were super comfy even the kids car beds that I slept on! There were towels and linens galore as well as an amazing variety of kitchen supplies for us to use so we didn’t need to run to the grocery all weekend long. The hosts were beyond generous with the paper goods too! I highly recommend this rental!

Perfect for 2 families

The property was perfect for our stay, which included 2 families that had kids. The house is tri-level, with 2 bedrooms and a bath on the first level, and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the 3rd level. On the 2nd level is the kitchen and living space. It was stocked with board games, snacks and coffee. We made great memories with our kids, who are cousins that live on opposite sides of the country. I will be trying to book the property for future visits to the area.

Great place for a family

The house was so comfortable (my sons said, "Good pick, Mom!"), with a really well stocked kitchen and ample sleeping space. We could have used a little more seating at the table -- having a card table and chairs available would be really helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to families!

Great Family Home!

We were very pleased with this lovely Fair Oaks home. We were in town to visit family and found that this home had many great features - beautiful backyard with lovely seating area and shade trees. The bathrooms were stocked with quality towels and many spa like toiletries. The eat in kitchen was a great place to gather and the coffee bar was lovely with a variety of syrups to accompany the great Kurig coffee machine. The snacks were a nice touch as well. The beds were all very comfortable with quality bedding. The owner was very responsive and accommodating- we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!

Everything perfect!

One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. The house was immaculate with lots of space for our family. The owners were immediately responsive and the house was stocked with snacks, cookies, cold bottled water and much more. One of our best ever experiences with a VRBO.

Wonderful family getaway!

What a fantastic place for our family of 4 (2 younger boys) to escape to. Great location with easy access to Sacramento and the American river. The home has possibly the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen. The numerous toys and arcade machine were great for the kids, the backyard was perfect place to spend time outside and there was a park nearby as well!. Easy to get a hold of the manager/owner. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for Family!

This was the perfect house to get together with family. The backyard is truly amazing. The toys, games and yard activities kept all our kids (1, 3 and 17!) happy and having fun. Sleeping arrangements were great and everyone was cool and comfortable... even in 111° heat. We really appreciated the stocked pantry including snacks, bathroom toiletries, and laundry room. Mrs Davis gave us plenty of information to make sure we felt confident and comfortable during our stay and checkout was easy. We would love to come back next time we travel to Sac!

Felt like home!

This is one of the best homes we've visited in all the years we've used VRBO! The house has amenities galore. We really enjoyed the backyard oasis which is beautifully maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough. We will be back!

Absolutely Perfect! Home Away from Home :)

Our family had the best time and the house was absolutely perfect inside and out! They do not miss a beat with all the extra amenities in the kitchen, toys for the kids, outdoor activities. The house is decorated super cute, makes you feel at home and comfortable. The personal touch when we arrived welcoming us was so cute and made the entire family smile. The small things go along way and they hit the mark on everything. We have family in this area and definitely would want to stay here again next time we come up to visit!

Great property, conviently located to restaurants and stores, close to the river. The kitchen is very well stocked and the backyard is great for relaxing and enjoying with the family. The house was very clean and you can tell the owners take pride in setting it up for a great stay for the visitors.

Wonderful place to stay!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family! Mr. and Mrs. Davis were easy to contact. We utilized the coffee bar and snack bar! The outdoor space and the outdoor games were awesome! The kids and the adults all had such a great time:) The home was so clean and made us feel very comfortable. Five large bedrooms, kid-friendly. So many amenities! Thank you.

Great place in Sacramento!

Really lovely place, lots of space, huge yard and great amenities. The family has really thought out the things that are available from spices in the cabinet to snacks on the counter top. We had a great stay!
