Gated single-story new construction in a beautiful mature neighborhood. Cook in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen with top of the line finishes, relax on our custom queen beds or in our luxurious jacuzzi Hot Tub. The home is nestled away from the street on a 10,000 square foot lot; fully gated, fenced and with to patio decks. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Guest bath is a tub/shower combo while the master bath is a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two leather couches; one of which fully reclines.
High Speed Wi-Fi, 60 inch smart TV, Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, All the comforts of a home. Fully stocked Kitchen for cooking & Baking needs. Patio with eating area, outdoor table and BBQ.

Host made a uncomfortable stay and very aggressive behavior
Host had a day already booked of one of our two days . We had a family of 28 people, 14 staying with a son and 14 at this rental. We were suppose to do Christmas the 26-28 . We changed it to 27-29 for host telling us our days were not available . When I sent a request for the available days he didn’t update the days but left the wrong days . I asked for it to be updated . I asked for info to be sent for the families coming to stay . He said don’t worry about it . The day we were coming I asked for check in info . Nothing is automatic or proactive . He sent the door code but no other info . And told me we could arrive an hour later than agreed upon advertised time . Since we had several families coming with all their presents they didn’t want to leave their cars in the parking lot to shop for food . We had to unload several cars at my sons and go shopping then come back and load them up to go to to the stay. He told me i could cancel my reservation and not expect a refund if I didn’t like it . He waited to respond to me all day if he would refund so I could find a kind host .who wants us to stay . I then found there were only 6 towels for 14 people . No hand towels and two rough wash clothes . We has paid extra money per guest , to get a place to shower 14 people . He said guests usually bring their own. There is no wording in the description for that .he continues to belittle me. Only 7 people stayed there due to his name calling . He did not have the beds advertised either

Short Tempered, Possible Scam
Everything was good until the host jumped to conclusions thinking a party was going to happen. Check-in process, communication, and location were good. Cleanliness needs improvement however. Found spiders in multiple areas and could tell the place was rush cleaned. Some dishes were still wet and some areas were dusty. Listing is a little bit of a lead. This house could sleep at max 10, and thats pushing it. Night was going good until the host assumed a party was going to be thrown due to the extra amount of cars that came. Host could clearly see how many cars came in but somehow couldn’t see how many people actually came in. Then immediately started threatening police. I understand having bad experiences, but not everyone will give you that bad experience. Checked in by 5pm, threatened to leave by 8pm. Host was told 10 people would be coming with 2-4 cars. 9 people showed up with 6 cars due to people wanting to drive separately and not carpool. No room for reasoning. Honestly leads me to believe this is a scammer just trying to take people’s money and then kick them out with a lame excuse so they don’t get a refund.
