The guests in the next room were fighting all night, slamming doors and yelling. Obviously drug attics,I felt unsafe. I checked out after one night and explained to the property manager but he would not reimburse me for the unused night. Waist of money and horrible stay. I think Travelocity should take them off their listings.

Our room smelled like smoke when we arrived. Then, as we went to bed we noticed someone else's hair in the sheets. Not something we wanted to deal with after a long day. In the morning, there was a roach crawling on the floor near the bed. Hopefully none of them made their way into our things and travelled home with us. The front desk staff was friendly, but they couldn't do anything to help us. So I sent the manager an email, including pictures of the roaches, and the only thing they offered was a discount on a future stay. No thanks, don't want to stay there again!!!

At check in an hour later than stated check in time, the room still wasnt ready. The computer went down and it took them 3 times to run our credit card. Shower head was pulling away from the wall. They said they would have a walk away breakfast but only had coffee.

The room was clean but the bathroom smelled like urine. The closest was in the bathroom so I just left my clothes in my luggage to prevent it from smelling like urine. They definitely need to make sure they mop the floors.

I stay at this hotel often, and everything was more or less acceptable. However, this time the room cleaning was terrible. When I checked in, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, the toilet was of poor quality, and the toilet paper holder was barely holding up. I was particularly upset by the presence of other people's hair.

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. Nice location, close to shops and highways but not busy. Hotel amenities are good. Breakfast is included, just to note that it is bagged breakfast and not the sit-in type. We had a minor issue with bathtub knob and it was addressed to immediately. Overall the stay was good.
