The front desk would not allow my wife to check in before I arrived and they made no attempt to allow me to verify her identity but instead were rude. A rep in the back office was needed to solve the problem. They also wouldn't allow her to use the business office. The process made my wife late for a business meeting.

The hotel was in walking distance from the golden one area. And we felt safe walking. The Bed was comfortable and, the room had space and the bar had the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. Great place to stay!

phone in room did not work and when brought this to staffs attention nothing was done to fix it. made getting valet parking and in room service a bit tricky. tried using tv to check out and it did not bring up proper info. Lastly quality of food service for breakfast was truly mediocre.

I would like to get refunded for two nights. There weee stains on my sheets and massive loud music playing outside. They were not great regarding their customer service, they said they would change my room but I was there for a conference so I didn’t have time. Terrible experience
