paid ahead of time but on arrival they had to pre authorize a $50 deposit on my credit card that they said wouldn’t be charged. It was pending a couple days and now they charged my account mentally unstable neighbor screaming at invisible people at 1am, lots of other minor disturbances, got fed up and checked out while it was still dark furniture missing cushions wifi wouldnt work

Good value booking

Came into town for a concert and booked a room based on price and location. Used room for basically getting ready for the concert and sleep; it was a good value based on our needs. Staff allowed me to borrow an iron (I had to leave my ID with her) from the front desk. Complaints would be overall had a lot of cosmetic flaws, my bed sheet had a cigarette burn on it, and the noise of other tenants and homeless in the area.

Front desk staff were super nice but getting into the room was the worse. Super dirty , we got a none smoking room. Seem like it didn’t matter. Smelled like cigarette all night. Hotel I don’t plan on going back to.
