At arrival we were informed that due to overbooking the room was no longer available. After about an hour dealing with a very inexperienced concierge at the receipting and getting another room offer where other people were already staying we finally got an acceptable suite with a couch to sleep for the kids. There was no apologies from the responsible person -only next morning from his experienced colleague.
