Hairs on the sheets and night stand . The fire alarm started beeping every ten seconds at 6 in the morning , when I called the front desk they told me they’ll send someone ( it stoped after fifteen minutes ) , at 8am ( when I finally got back to sleep )they started knocking on the door , it was a maintenance guy ! . When I made the complaint it the front desk I felt like the complaints bother them , I spoke to the manager and she claimed that they should had given me another room , and didn't apologize for the hair on sheets and night stand . My check in was after midnight with the need to rest and it was imposible !

Nice and exceptional heart to heart service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriot Saddle Brook with my family and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, a well-stocked coffee station, and plenty of charging outlets. What truly stood out to me was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was courteous, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The amenities were just as impressive. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Overall, our stay at the Marriot was outstanding. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and first-class service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit.
