The property and room were clean and staff was nice while checking in. Breakfast was basic, but okay (cereal, small muffins, bread to make toast, mini bagels, oatmeal packets, milk, orange juice/apple juice). However, if they try to put you in room 109, I recommend you tell them no. It is kinda back in its own little hallway in the very corner of the complex. This initially seemed like a good thing since we were going to be there for 4 nights, but by the next morning it ended up being terrible. The next room over (what would’ve been room 110) seems to be a storage room for housekeeping supplies. Every morning from approximately 7:30-11:30 there was constant slamming of this door and the sound of laundry/cleaning carts being taken in and out of this room. Housekeeping staff also stands in this small hallway and has loud, personal conversations (got to listen to how one of the housekeepers is a “pothead” and the other’s parents fought over the dad smoking weed in the past). I had to step out and say something about this twice as we kept being woken up. The hot tub was closed for maintenance when we were here, but you could tell that the pool was heated because of the steam coming off it in the morning, although we didn’t swim. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements could definitely be made.

We stayed 7 nights. We were gone from dawn to dark every day. Our room was never cleaned or attended to. I had to call front desk and get towels after 4 days and again after 6 days. the desk clerk delivered them about 8 PM . I called the front desk at about 8 PM on the 6th night and asked to speak with the manager. She was not available. I asked to have her call me when she returned. I am still waiting for that call 6 days later. Worst hotel experience we have ever had. Will not ever stay at a days Inn again.

I thought this place was great. Big room, very clean with fridge, micro, big bathroom. I didn't even need to bother getting my own pillows out because these were super premium. Also, it had a very clean hot tub and heated pool, which was a real treat. I'll definitely come back here again next time I have the urge to go to Mt Graham.
