Lovely stay

The hotel staff were all so nice, and our room was comfortable and clean. I left a bag of clothes and they shipped it back to me! A great hotel that understands hospitality. We will be back.

Hotel görevlilerinin hepsi çok ilgiliydi. Yatakları rahat odalarının genişliği idealdi. Odamızla ilgili ufak bir problem yaşadık ve hemen yeni odaya aldılar bizi. 7 aylık yeğenimle birlikte konakladık. Onun ihtiyaç duyacağı her şeyi hazırlayıp özenle ilgilendiler. Kahvaltı dahil bir konaklama almıştık açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Ödenen paranın karşılığı olarak alınan ürün kalitesi pek örtüşmüyor. Kahvaltıda çok çeşit olmasına rağmen, lezzet ve kalite düşük. Otelde yangın merdiveni yapılmış ancak, yangın merdivenine açılan bir kapı yok ne yazık ki, pencereden yangın merdivenine durumundasınız. Çocuk, yaşlı ve engelli kişiler için de bu pek mümkün değil veya çok çok zor. Personelin misafirlerle pek fazla iletişimi yok.

Güzel otel

Temizlik ve oda konforu iyiydi. Balkon olması güzeldi. Görevliler çok ilgili ve kibardı. Kahvaltı acık büfe ve lezzetliydi. Konum iyi ama merkeze yürüme mesafesinde değil. Tek sorun otelde düğün olmasıydı, dugun olursa akşam ses olacağının göz önünde bulundurulmasını öneririm. Eğlenceli de gelebilir ama bizim için yorucuydu.

Otelin yeri güzeldi. Otopark imkanı var. Sıcak bir karşılama. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Otel temiz. Oda temizliği devamlı yapılıyor ve gerekli ihtiyaçlarınız hemen karşılanıyor. Yemekler de ayrıca çok nefis. İyi ahçıları var. Çok memnun kaldık.
